support and service I received from your company... the reason I believe I can
make a value judgement on your level of service is because I have spoken with
every other jumping castle hire company in Sydney .... I found the other
companies service levels ranging from adequate to downright hostile and
rude. My request was simple, it was my daughter's 4th birthday ...
we have very limited room in our backyard. Your company was the only
company who took the time to listen and help find a solution. I
would also like to pass on my gratitude to the young gentleman who set up the
castle. He maintained my faith in your company by displaying the highest level
